Do I need prior yoga experience?

Yes. We offer a free trial session for new students so you can experience our teaching style before enrolling.


We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash, and other digital payment methods.

Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session so we can arrange another suitable time.

I have back pain. Can I still practice yoga?
